• Selection
  We only hire those individuals who demonstrate a sincere commitment to quality customer service and a verifiable, exemplary employment history. All of our employees are carefully screened and thoroughly interviewed by senior level management to ensure that our clients have experienced professionals staffing their properties.
• Training
  We conduct regularly scheduled training seminars as well as encourage all employees to attend additional training seminars outside our firm that are sponsored by accredited organizations.
• Performance Coaching
  We conduct regular performance reviews for all employees. We believe that positive reinforcement and constructive performance coaching help maximize the productivity of our employees.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration
  We manage employee payroll and administer employee benefits such as health and dental insurance, 401(K), flex spending accounts, life insurance, workers compensation and disability insurance.
